The rooms were tastefully decorated as for me, with very very good signature cocktails. The location was peaceful for Mexico City, near to the restaurant as well as Condessa, Roma or Centro: D

Stylish hotel, it has GREAT service, marvellous location to an adjacent cafe which padlocks it's front doors at night.

The service offered was excellent. The hotel had cafe in the lobby. The setting was quite great and unbeatable within easy reach of a wax museum.

Booked it for our trip and had an amazing stay here. The rooms were large and equipped with huge bathroom including a bathtub and brilliant breakfast, as for instance. The food we tried was excellent and they have a huge variety of meals to choose from.

Thoroughly enjoyed large and functional room with very very good signature cocktails, felt like we were home. Its location at a short distance from a famous monument was particularly good.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our thanksgiving stay unforgettable. They offered great concierge service by contacting us prior to our stay to ask for any special accommodations. They decorated our room with rose petals and added special touches like chocolates and a bottle of wine to make our honeymoon evening more memorable. The masseuses were waiting for us in the lobby after dinner, and we received a complimentary massage with personal servings of Italian rose. The location was perfect for exploring the local area.

There were a few small issues that arose during our stay, but they were quickly resolved by the hotel staff. One issue was that the music in the hotel restaurant/bar could be heard in our room, but they provided earplugs to help with the noise.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was great, close to sightseeings and the historical city center. We loved the excellent service, with room service, housekeeping, and grocery shopping service. The airport shuttle was convenient, and the tours/ticket assistance made planning our activities easy. Our room was luxurious, with heating and air conditioning, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Victor the waiter who made our stay more memorable.

This hotel has a great location, being close to the main attractions and very close to Downtown. It's in a central part of town, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff are very friendly and provide exceptional service. The rooms are well-appointed and come with very good signature cocktails. Plus, the fact that breakfast is included is a nice bonus.

That the shower only had a "rain" shower head, which made it difficult for those with long hair to wash without getting it wet.
